Three Indian stars nominated for ICC Player of the Month award. The best performers of the Asia Cup, Abhishek Sharma and Kuldeep Yadav nominated in the men’s category, while India's women's team vice captain Smriti Mandhana was nominated in the female category.
Abhishek's performance was outstanding in the Asia Cup; he scored  314runs  in 7 matches with a strike rate of 200 at an average of 44.86.  He was the top scorer of the Asia Cup 2025. Kuldeep Yadav took 17 wickets in 7 matches. He was the highest wicket-taker of the Asia Cup 2025.
Abhishek reached the highest batting rating ever recorded in the men's T20I history with 931 points.
