La Liga 2025 witnessed an amazing clash between Barcelona and Oviedo, and the former had the final laugh with a 3-1 victory against Oviedo at Carlos Tartiere. This is a good start to the season after a few injuries and setbacks. Joan García was surely able to stop it, and a misjudged goal gave Oviedo the first opening in the match. Barca fans did not have a pleasant experience in the first half. The second half started, and Barcelona showed calm and resilience, which showed the way. In the 56th minute, a terrific goal by Eric García as he equalized the score at 1-1 with a sweet corner from Raphinha. There was a change in the game scenario from this moment onwards in favour of Barca. The trump card for this match for Barca would be Robert Lewandowski, as he scored the second goal at the 70th minute. That kind of set the tone for the rest of the remaining few minutes. He gave a header as there was a beautiful cross from Frenkie de Jong. He was a substitute, and he proved when it's Lewandowski, nobody can stop him on the field. 

The third goal came from Ronald Araujo as he scored the banger at the 88th minute with a good corner from Marcus Rashford. This was the final nail in the coffin for Oveido. With this win, Barcelona remains unbeaten in La Liga 2025, and they now have 16 points after 6 matches. Interestingly ,Real Madrid is just 2 points ahead. Oviedo did try to have a comeback, but it was all a Barca show in the second half.
