However, there is now news that Liverpool is preparing to buy Michael Olise in a massive bid of €170M. The underlying news is that he is going to be the long-term replacement of Mohammed Salah. It seems to be a strategic move by Liverpool management, as Salah would be retiring, and naturally, an alternative would be required for that.

On the other hand, Bayern Munich Manager clearly mentioned they will not let Michael Olise go away and take all the measures necessary to keep him. "Michael has adapted very well to life here. He is important to our plans, and Bayern will do everything to keep him. But in football, nothing is certain  we will have to see what happens." Michael himself said in his Instagram story, "I’m focused on giving my best for Bayern. I’m flattered by the interest from clubs like Liverpool, but my head is here right now. I want to keep improving."
