Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is set to make his return to domestic cricket. After being left out of the squad for the three-match ODI series in Australia. He will play for Saurashtra in their upcoming Ranji Trophy 2025–26 match against Madhya Pradesh in Rajkot. Jadeja is currently aiming to maintain his form and fitness through red-ball cricket. The 36-year-old Jadeja is a crucial all-rounder for India. His exclusion from the ODI squad had sparked numerous controversies, and he opened up about it. At present, Jadeja is ready to represent Saurashtra in their upcoming Ranji Trophy 2025–26 match against Madhya Pradesh. Jadeja has a strong legacy in domestic cricket. He played 141 first-class matches and scored 8,073 runs at a magnificent average of 46.13. It includes 15 centuries and 44 half-centuries with a highest score of 331. His aggressive batting has produced 825 fours and 142 sixes. As a left-arm spinner, he has taken 565 wickets at an average of 23.98, which includes 36 five-wicket hauls and 7 ten-wicket match hauls, with a best performance of 13/126. His international and domestic experience will help him become a vital player for Team Saurashtra.
Saurashtra Cricket Association president Jaydev Shah confirmed Jadeja’s participation in the upcoming Ranji Trophy match against Madhya Pradesh.
